'Dormant Star' is New Norfolk Distillery's first single rum, crafted at the historic Willow Court Asylum. After laying in barrels for over two years at our distillery, deep in the Derwent Valley Tasmania, this spirit has awoken as a star of artisanal rum. Notes of vanilla, tobacco leaf and chocolate are layered with hints or orange and butterscotch to create a tipple you'd enjoy on an intergalactic voyage.
