The Riesling fruit is hand picked, de-stemmed, crushed and clarified before a classic old style cool ferment with a cultured yeast. We never use oak, skin contact or any other tricks that may detract from the purity of fruit flavour. Fresh floral aromas of citrus blossom and lime zest. Generous palate, intense lime juice and lemon flavors, a suggestion of white nectarine. There is a backdrop of chalky phenolic tension working behind the fruit. Long, with a powerful zingy finish.
