An IPA Theory series release IPA Theory is a new series of delicious hop-centric beers all about brewing creatively. We'll brew a new India Pale Ale as a limited release for the IPA Theory range every 6-8 weeks. Green Wolf is the 10th release in our IPA Theory series, and is an uncompromising hazy IPA. We began with a mixture of pale and Pils malts, adding over 20% oats to the grist, as well as some lush chit malt. Early hops were Nelson and Citra (citrus and tropical), then the dry hop includes these two hops along with Vic Secret and Simcoe CRYO for a punchier pine-lime hit. Expect mandarin, pineapple, and florals on the aroma, with a palate full of sweet mango sorbet, zesty passionfruit, and a grapefruity finish. Packaged 23rd July 2025. MALTS= Pale malt, Oat malt, Chit malt, Rolled oats, Carapils HOPS= Nelson Sauvin (mash hop) Nelson Sauvin, Citra CRYO (whirlpool) Nelson Sauvin, Citra CRYO, Vic Secret, Simcoe CRYO (dry hop) YEAST= Verdant + AY4 (co-pitch) OG 1.066, FG 1.011, IBUs 32 Total hops= 25.5g/L
