Made from equal parts Pinot Noir and Shiraz, the intent is to produce a wine that fulfils the need both for summer drinkability and for a complex food partner. This wine is a beautiful, clear, pink colour and shows incredibly intense aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, red apples and watermelon. These fruits continue to the palate, joined by subtle hints of rosewater and cranberry. This wine is utterly delicious, is ideal for informal entertaining and would suit a wide range of foods, such as barbequed Tasmanian seafood.
