100% estate-grown Gamay. Crushed to press with no additions, wild fermented and aged in old oak for 5 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with just a touch of sulfur. On the palate, it’s all about bright red berries, blood orange, and peaches-and-cream, wrapped around a mineral core that keeps things zesty and fresh.
